When you contact us, we collect the details you share — your name, email, company and message. Our website also collects basic, anonymised analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver our services. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
Client business information shared during diagnostics and engagements is treated as confidential by default. We sign NDAs on request before any deep-dive, and access is limited to the consultants working on your project.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up meaningfully. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@qrtconsulting.com, and we will comply within 30 days.
This site uses a minimal set of cookies for core functionality and anonymised analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling.
