All consulting work is scoped and priced in a written proposal before work begins. Fees are fixed or milestone-based as agreed. Diagnostic sessions are free and carry no obligation.
We treat client information as confidential and will sign an NDA before any detailed diagnostic. Likewise, our proposals, frameworks and internal materials remain our intellectual property unless a contract says otherwise.
This website's design, text and graphics belong to QRT Consulting. You may view and share pages with attribution; you may not reproduce the site's content commercially without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRT Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability under any consulting engagement is capped as set out in the engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
